General Terms and Conditions
Prices are in accordance wth the Sportbahnen Elm AG 2021/22 winter brochure. The general pricing terms and conditions also apply to group tickets.
Payment in Euros, change in Swiss Francs. Credit card payments in Swiss Francs only. Prices and exchange rates subject to change. All prices include 7,7% VAT.
Key Cards
Day passes and multi-day passes will be loaded to key cards. For groups the following rules apply: The group leader picks up the cards at the ticket office and pays the deposit of CHF 5.00 per card in cash. In the evening the group leader collects the cards and brings them all back to the ticket office to receive a return of the deposit money.
Multi-day Passes
The Elm sport bus is free for all guests and may be used for multiple journeys (excl. groups of 15 or more). Please register your group with the Autobetrieb Sernftal by telephone: +41 (0)55 642 17 17. Multi-day passes of 3 or more days are also valid for evening tobogganing.
Age Groups
| Small Children | Children under the age of 6 (accompanied by an adult) may use all facilities (except the Eggli beginners’ lift) free of charge until one day before their 6th birthday. |
| Children | From their 6th birthday to one day before their 16th birthday. |
| Youths | From their 16th birthday to one day before their 20th birthday. |
| Students | Students qualify for the Youth Rate until one day before their 26th birthday. Just show your student ID. |
| Adults | From their 20th birthday. |
| Seniors | From their 64th birthday. |
